Jeep Wave® Customer Care

Jeep Wave® remains available for enrolled model year 2021–2025 Jeep® Brand vehicles through the end of their contracts, including worry-free maintenance at no additional cost. The program is not available for model year 2026 and newer vehicles. For 2026 and beyond, customers can enroll in the FlexCare Vehicle Protection Program—the only service contract provider backed by Stellantis.

1 — Jeep Wave eligibility

Jeep Wave® is available for Jeep® Brand vehicles purchased as model years 2021–2025 that enrolled in the premium owner loyalty program. Members may continue using remaining contract benefits—including worry-free maintenance at no additional cost—through the end of their membership term. Maintenance is performed by specially trained Jeep Brand technicians at participating dealerships. Membership terms may vary. Contact your dealer for details.

2 — Model year 2026 and newer

Jeep Wave® is not offered for model year 2026 and newer Jeep® Brand vehicles. Existing Jeep Wave members with enrolled model year 2021–2025 vehicles retain access to remaining benefits for the duration of their membership term. See your dealer for details.

3 — FlexCare for MY2026+

Jeep Wave® is not offered for model year 2026 and newer Jeep® Brand vehicles. Owners of those vehicles can ask about FlexCare Vehicle Protection, a Stellantis-backed service contract program sold separately. Availability, coverage, and pricing vary. See your dealer for details.

Complimentary Maintenance for Continued Confidence

Essential care is covered at no additional cost for eligible Jeep Wave® members. Your first two oil changes and tire rotations are included during the first 24 months of ownership. Service is completed by specially trained Jeep® Brand technicians at participating Jeep Brand dealerships. Membership terms may vary. Contact your dealer for more information.

Oil change coverage

Oil changes are valid on internal combustion vehicles only.

Confidence with Vehicle Protection

Enjoy no-charge same-day vehicle rental for routine maintenance and trip interruption coverage up to $1,000 per occurrence for the duration of your contract.

Same-day rental allowance

Rental Allowance is only for same-day mechanical repair or maintenance service (excluding bodywork). Vehicles kept overnight are not eligible. Rental Allowance is not to exceed $40 ($60 for Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer).

VIP Treatment with Jeep Wave®

Eligible model year 2021–2025 Jeep® Brand vehicles enrolled in Jeep Wave® can keep using membership benefits through the end of their contract—including worry-free maintenance. Membership terms may vary. Jeep Wave is not available for model year 2026 and newer; ask Victory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram about FlexCare. Contact us to confirm eligibility—each Jeep in your household needs its own membership.

Members may also enjoy preferred access at select Jeep Brand events and six months of onX Offroad Elite at no additional cost.
